Join us for an engaging workshop exploring the latest in autonomous systems and sensor technology.
We will visit ASTA (Autonomous Systems Test Arena) at DTU, an impressive facility designed to support autonomous system testing across land, air, and sea. As part of DTU’s Centre for Collaborative Autonomous Systems, ASTA is at the forefront of autonomous technology research, providing an ideal setting to experience advancements firsthand.
Furthermore the programme will contain a hands-on workshop in partnership with SICK Technology. This session will delve into recent innovations in LIDAR and radar technologies, focusing on their practical applications in industrial automation, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. Participants will gain valuable insights into sensor integration and data processing techniques, equipping them with the knowledge to leverage these tools for enhanced hardware performance.
ARLI WP8000 Workshop Series
This event is part of the ARLI WP8000 Workshop Series designed for you in the robotics, drone, and automation industries, who are looking for help to maximise your potential of your hardware — such as through software optimisation — to enhance commercialisation, scalability, and business models.
This programme, a collaboration between Odense Robotics and the ARLI project, will centre on ARLI themes while incorporating broader industry insights to benefit a diverse array of sectors.
The series will comprise three workshops, two of which are scheduled for 2024. We have already secured dates and engaged several knowledgeable partners who are keen to participate. Each workshop will explore a specific hardware topic, with the first two focusing on Vision Technology – LIDAR/RADAR and GNSS Navigation.
Partner Declaration
When participating in this programme, a partner declaration must be completed and signed before the commencement of project work. The partner declaration serves as documentation of your participation in the project, and is also used as the basis for any disbursement of support for your activities therein. This form only needs to be filled out once and applies to all workshops.
Time Registration
During your participation in the program, you are required to continuously fill out time registrations regarding the time you have spent on the project. Your time registrations serve as documentation in the project accounts and are also used as the basis for any disbursement of support. Your time registration should clearly indicate the tasks you have performed in the project, including the amount of time spent on each task. The tasks should be relevant to the project and necessary for its completion.
De Minimis
When participating in this project at Odense Robotics and receiving de minimis support (state aid), there is a requirement for you to fill out a de minimis declaration to receive this support.
Upon participation in this project, you will receive de minimis support in the amount of DKK 390. This amount should be stated in the declaration along with the indication of any previously received de minimis support. The declaration is used as documentation to confirm your eligibility to receive the support

Please note that photos will be taken throughout the event. Odense Robotics will use these for marketing and publicity of our initiatives on our website, in social media and in any third party publication. Upon request, participant email list can be shared with participants and event partners.
