The International Drone Show features 2 days of drone demonstration flights, insights on relevant drone industry topics, inspiring talks from experts and a fully fledged exhibition for you to get in touch with the right stakeholders at the right time.

The show is visited by business, research and governmental stakeholders securing that you can get new relevant knowledge, plan and execute b2b meetings at the show og gain other contacts by networking.

On 2 June – the day before the International Drone Show 2026 – you will get the chance to network and share knowledge with key players in the Danish ecosystem and kick-start your collaboration with the Danish drone industry at 2 pre-events:

• Gateway to Europe, hosted in the City of Odense
• No-host get together networking at Storms Pakhus

Extra paid networking dinner on 3 June 
When the show closes on day one 3rd June, you can utilise our light authentic atmosphere to gain new contacts after the show at our special paid networking dinner event.

To gain access to the special paid networking dinner, add this to your cart, under the "additional services section" while purchasing your ticket.

Or purchase the networking dinner seperately at a later occasion.

Terms and conditions

• When signing up, you are required to inform us of your birth date for security purposes as the event takes place at an airport
• When arriving to the event, you are required to show valid photo ID to enter (e.g. passport or driver’s license)
• The ticket price covers your access to IDS at HCA airport. Included in your ticket is also catering throughout the day.
• The event entrance will be at Hans Christian Andersen Airports main terminal
• By signing up to the event you give your permission to UAS Denmark Test Center and Odense Robotic to use pictures from the event in marketing activities.
• Refunds only possible if the event is cancelled or date changed.

Please note:

The Gateway event is mainly for international organisations and takes place the day before IDS2026 at Odense City Hall. 

The No-host dinner at storms Pakhus is a networking oppurtunity for all attendees and exhibitiors who want some extra networking the day before the show.

Photos and participant list:

Please note that photos will be taken throughout the event. Odense Robotics and UAS Denmark Testcenter will use these for marketing and publicity of our initiatives on our website, in social media and in any third party publication.

The participants list will not be shared.
